How do I close my DailyPay accounts?
Sorry to hear you’re thinking of leaving DailyPay. Just so you know, even if you’re now in a job that doesn’t offer DailyPay, you don’t have to close your account. You can also still keep your DailyPay Card account even if you don’t use your DailyPay earnings account anymore.
To close your DailyPay earnings account, DailyPay Card account, or both:
1 Open the DailyPay app
2 From the top left of the Earnings tab, tap the menu icon and then Settings
3 Tap Close Account
4 Read the message and tap Continue
Tip
If you’re closing your earnings account but have made transfers in this pay period, DailyPay will deposit your paycheque on your next payday. If you’ve made transfers with continuous access from two pay periods, DailyPay will deposit your paycheque on your next two paycheques. Don’t worry, your earnings account is still closed! Your employer will deposit all your paycheques after that.
