Why did the Now transfer to my Debit card fail?
If a Now transfer fails, you’ll see an error message explaining why the transfer to your debit card failed.
Please review the message and take the necessary action to resolve the error.
In some instances, you will be prompted to contact your bank. You may do so by calling the 1-800 number on the back of the debit card.
Important
1. If you incorrectly enter your PIN three times, it is likely the card will be blocked by your bank as a security measure. Please contact your bank's Customer Service by calling the 1-800 number on the back of the card to have your card unblocked.
2. If your transfer is declined, you may be charged a fee by your bank. Please do not attempt additional Now transfers using the same card before talking to your bank's Customer Service by calling the 1-800 number on the back of the card.
If you are not able to use the card for Now transfers, you may try entering another one of your debit cards. Alternatively, you can elect to receive your earnings as a 1-3 business day transfer to your primary bank account on file.
