What happens if a Now transfer fails?

If a Now transfer fails, you’ll get an error message explaining why the transfer failed, and the amount will return to your available earnings balance.

Read the error message and take any recommended actions to fix the problem. You might be prompted to contact your bank, which you can do by calling the 1-800 number on the back of your debit card.

If you experience multiple Now transfer errors with a debit card of yours that’s previously worked with DailyPay, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Try this: 

1 Check your card to make sure it's not currently locked.

2 If you recently had your card replaced, check the app Settings area to make sure things like your card number and expiration date are still accurate in DailyPay.

3 Call your bank using the 1-800 number on the card to make sure there are no other blockages that would prevent you from receiving funds
